What We Offer

The following explains the terms used in our pricing.
  1. Real Living Assessments, LLC (here after described as RLA) is the entity that owns and controls the Y•M•I Assessment services. 
  2. Rep is defined as an individual or an organization that has an established service relationship with RLA to use the Y•M•I Assessment services.  This relationship is valid as long as the Rep conforms to the service rules and regulations of RLA.
  3. Client is any end user of the Y•M•I Assessment services.  Payment for those services are paid directly to RLA. The Rep will only participate in those revenues if they have a qualified revenue sharing relationship with RLA.
  4. All Y•M•I Assessment services are charged at the start of the monthly cycle directly to the Rep’s credit / debit card on file.  Rep revenue sharing is paid at the end of the following monthly cycle.

Entry Level – Free to Rep

This is simply using the Real Living Assessments website to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client.

Foundation Level - $35 per month to Rep

This is accomplished through a private portal on the Real Living Assessments website to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments and for you to review and manage those results.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client and sent to one Rep email.
  2. Client’s info is stored in a separated Rep database at Y•M•I.
  3. Optional Basic and Advanced Y•M•I Assessment monthly results can be emailed to you on a monthly basis for $5.00 per month per export.

Iron Level - $75 per month to Rep

This is accomplished through a private portal on the Y•M•I Assessments site to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments and for you to review and manage those results.  The Y•M•I Assessments site does not offer any client services other than the hosting of the Y•M•I Assessments.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client and sent to one Rep email.
  2. Client’s info is stored in a separated Rep database at Y•M•I.
  3. Optional Basic and Advanced Y•M•I Assessment monthly results can be emailed to you on a monthly basis for $5.00 per month per export.
  4. Removal of references to the Design Discovery Meetings.
  5. Removal of any other client RLA based services.
  6. Option for assessment revenue sharing with the Rep.
  7. Private Y•M•I Assessment portal.

Bronze Level - $125 per month to Rep

This is accomplished through a private portal on the Y•M•I Assessments site to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments and for you to review and manage those results.  The Y•M•I Assessments site does not offer any client services other than the hosting of the Y•M•I Assessments.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client and sent to one Rep email.
  2. Client’s info is stored in a separated Rep database at Y•M•I.
  3. The Basic Y•M•I Assessment monthly results are emailed to you on a monthly basis at no additional charge.
  4. Optional Advanced Y•M•I Assessment monthly results can be emailed to you on a monthly basis for $5.00 per month per export.
  5. Removal of references to the Design Discovery Meetings.
  6. Removal of any other RLA client based services.
  7. Option for assessment revenue sharing with the Rep.
  8. Private Y•M•I Assessment portal.
  9. Option to have RLA conduct a onetime setup of your assessment site with your color branding for assessment screen headings, buttons and text.
  10. Enables the Group Licensing feature that allows the Rep to pre-purchase groups of Y•M•I Assessment licenses (5 minimum per group license) and then assign the license to their clients.  This allows the Rep to charge their client directly for the Y•M•I Assessments and prevents delays from the client in personally making the purchase.

Silver Level - $200 per month to Rep

This is accomplished by working with your webmaster to setup a private portal on your website to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments and for you to review and manage those results.  This keeps your clients on your website and removes any RLA website interface with your clients.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client and sent to one Rep email.
  2. Client’s info is stored in a separated Rep database at Y•M•I.
  3. The Basic Y•M•I Assessment monthly results are emailed to you on a monthly basis at no additional charge.
  4. The Advanced Y•M•I Assessment monthly results are emailed to you on a monthly basis at no additional charge.
  5. Other Y•M•I system exports can be developed and emailed to you on a monthly basis for $5.00 per month per export.  There is an onetime $50.00 setup fee for exports that are new or need to be customized for the Rep.
  6. Removal of references to the Design Discovery Meetings.
  7. Removal of any other RLA client based services.
  8. Option for assessment revenue sharing with the Rep.
  9. Enables the Group Licensing feature that allows the Rep to pre-purchase groups of Y•M•I Assessment licenses (5 minimum per group license) and then assign the license to their clients.  This allows the Rep to charge their client directly for the Y•M•I Assessments and prevents delays from the client in personally making the purchase.
  10. Private assessment portal on your website.  RLA will work with your webmaster to do the initial onetime setup.
  11. RLA work with your webmaster to setup your assessment site onetime with your color branding for assessment screen headings, buttons and text.
  12. Assessment analysis emails automatically sent to an optional client selectable Rep email.  This is ideal for larger groups that want a manager to receive all assessments results, but also want a specific manager / counselor to receive the assessment results for individual clients.

Gold Level - $300 per month to Rep

This is accomplished by working with your webmaster to setup a private portal on your website to allow your clients to get the benefit of the Y•M•I Assessments and for you to review and manage those results.  This keeps your clients on your website and removes any RLA website interface with your clients.  It also removes all Y•M•I Assessment branding on the assessment site and emails.
  1. Assessment analysis emails are automatically sent to the client and sent to one Rep email.
  2. Client’s info is stored in a separated Rep database at Y•M•I.
  3. The Basic Y•M•I Assessment monthly results are emailed to you on a monthly basis at no additional charge.
  4. The Advanced Y•M•I Assessment monthly results are emailed to you on a monthly basis at no additional charge.
