The Y•M•I Assessments are based on the work of Steven Johnson from Strategic People Development. Steven has successfully used these assessments to work with multi-national companies for over 30 years. His client list includes Clorox, Coca Cola, IBM and Lucent Technologies to name a few. His books include the PathMaker series, Ministry Match, Discover Your Chemistry, Discover Your Competencies and the Wired For Life series that dive deep into personality design and wiring. He has worked closely with Y•M•I Assessments to bring his life's work to the general public. Y•M•I Assessments represents the exclusive online application of these assessments. We have created the right blend of assessment and analysis to provide a meaningful online experience. We truly deliver a comprehensive approach to uncovering a person's design and personality.
Our Story
Like many people, we have seen many different forms of personality assessments. When we took the Y•M•I Assessments we realized we had discovered something completely different. Our Goal
Y•M•I Assessments has the power to reveal the personality demands of how a person is wired. These personality demands are their unique set of prerequisites for them to be the best version of themselves. They reveal the necessary, though often missing, pieces in their life that they need to accomplish their goals. This is all accomplished through evaluating your Y•M•I Assessment results during your personal Design Discovery Meeting (DDM).
